Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely repack the instrument or accessory in its original shipping carton with all included documentation, tags, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package through a trackable carrier to our Tennessee warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
